Funny how, when you put yourself at the center of your solar system, things just naturally gravitate to you
This mural reflects that idea. I painted a young girl sitting quietly, holding a nest, surrounded by birds, feathers, and paper planes that seem to orbit around her. The celestial elements add a sense of connection between the grounded and the imagined, blending the two worlds.
I wanted this wall to become more than just a backdrop—it’s about creating a moment of pause in a busy city. Through street art, I’ve tried to bring some lightness and meaning to the space, using hand-painted details to give it depth and a sense of motion. The birds and planes represent freedom and curiosity, while the girl serves as a calm anchor amidst the movement.
This project is a reminder of how important it is to find your center, even in the chaos of everyday life. For me, murals like this aren’t just about the artwork—they’re about the way they can connect with people, spark reflection, and bring character to a neighborhood. It’s always my goal to create something that feels like it belongs to the space and the community around it.
